In conjunction with the PISA ART WEEK event, the Antonella Scarfone Art Gallery presents
the collective exhibition Poetica Urbana. The inauguration on May 7th at 4:30 pm.
Pisa, May 2022. “Poetica Urbana” is the new collective exhibition curated by Antonella Scarfone, owner and art director of the new exhibition space for contemporary art in Pisa. It is an exhibition that was born in conjunction with the event "Pisa Art week, art is for everyone", a project conceived and implemented by the cultural association Athena, which will see the city of Pisa, its museums and associated partners, transform in an open-air art gallery. The intent is to bring back to the city the artistic ferment of the eighties, when a young Keith Haring created "Tuttomondo", his colorful spiritual testament, on a facade of the church of Sant'Antonio Abate. As a tribute to this artistic current, the gallery will present a collective of Pop and Street Art works by icons such as Warhol and Lodola, together with emerging talents from the Italian pop and street scene:

The exhibition will be inaugurated on Saturday 7 May at 16:30 and will last until 4 June, from 16: 00/19: 00 from Tuesday to Friday, 11: 00/19: 00 on Saturday, at Lungarno Gambacorti 29/30 Pisa.
